Scope of the role

We are searching for a brilliant, flexible Android Developer to create novel apps that meet the needs of our target audience who are excited about the mission and who would like to join our team of dream makers.

Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Keys Responsibilities:

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is faithfully rendered and in perfect working order to company standard

Required qualifications

Self-taught with proven experience or BAC +3 computer science or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience. Solid 1 year of experience will be considered.
Reading, writing and listening English is required
Proficiency in Kotlin, Java programming language
Android framework; Android Jetpack
Firebase SDK for Android
Good knowledge of SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (principles, software architecture, model models, etc.)
Git / GitFlow
Agile methodology (Scrum) / Scrum
